Getting the Blueprint Right Before You Build
This is a fixed-fee stage focused entirely on getting your project legally compliant, financially viable, and ready for a smooth kickoff. If you choose to transition into the full construction phase with us, we will credit £2,500 of this initial fee back to your project.

Our Full Project Management Package is an all-in-one service that takes the wheel from day one. It completely wraps our Pre-Construction Planning and our Ongoing Site Governance into a single, uninterrupted shield. We become your single point of clarity, protecting your capital and ensuring your original vision is delivered exactly as you intended.
